The Christian Life: Sanctification

God's Word declares that all such man-made regulations, even the most well-intentioned, are completely wrong for two reasons.
The faith that saves is not faith in our constantly wavering feelings, but in an unchanging Person.
There is one promise that we forget perhaps more than any other.
We often say with Thomas, "Unless I see...I will not believe." But our Lord says to us, "Believe - and you will see."
What does Paul mean when he says, "I...fill up in my flesh what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ" (Colossians 1:24)?
Do you want to know Jesus Christ and live a Christ-exalting life? "Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom."
Do you say, with the hymn writer, "Lord, haste the day when my faith shall be sight"?
It is at this point particularly that the genuineness of your profession may be tested and proved.
Christ cannot be trusted at all unless He is known, and the better He is known the more He will be trusted.
Do you say with the psalmist, "Whom have I in heaven but You"?
