Damaged or defective items - We will gladly exchange or provide a full refund for damaged or defective merchandise, subject to these conditions: |

We must receive notfication from you by phone (1-888-804-9655) or e-mail (service@teachingtheword.org) within 30 days of shipment.

You must receive a return authorization document and instructions from us before returning any items. |
| All other returns - We will accept returns of items other than damaged or defective merchandise, subject to these conditions: |
- A 15% restocking charge will apply on all returns other than merchandise received in damaged or defective condition.
- We do not refund shipping charges.
- We must receive notfication from you by phone (1-888-804-9655) or e-mail (service@teachingtheword.org) within 30 days of shipment.
- You must receive a return authorization number and instructions from us before returning any items.
- Your return must include everything you received (such as Bible boxes, software boxes, product manuals) and must be in resellable condition.

| Non-returnable items - |
- Some items are non-returnable because of our supplier's policies over which we have no control (e.g., loose-leaf Bibles). Where this is the case, we have included this information in the product description.
- Unless it is defective, software is non-returnable if the seal on the media package has been broken.
