Is Biblical separation optional for the Christian and the church? God's Word tells us that He has saved His people so that we might be spiritually separated from this present evil world, and prepared for glory. Today many Christians and churches treat this great doctrine as something optional -- or even outmoded. But Scripture tells us that spiritual separation is not optional, but essential. Because God has taken those who were aliens from the world to come and has now made them its citizens, they are aliens in this present evil world. That must be a matter not only of position or status, but of demonstration by experience.
